We use your information to process and ship your orders, send order updates, answer your questions, prevent fraud and spam, improve our site and products, and, if you sign up, send you emails about Cliply. We also use it to measure and improve our advertising.

We share information only with service providers who help us run the store, and only as needed. These include Shopify (our store platform), payment processors, shipping carriers and fulfillment partners, email service providers, and analytics and advertising platforms such as Meta and TikTok. These companies may only use your information to provide services to us or as described in their own privacy policies. We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

We use cookies and similar technologies, including advertising pixels from Meta and TikTok, to keep your cart working, understand how people use our site, and show relevant ads. You can control cookies in your browser settings and manage ad personalization in your Meta, TikTok, and device settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works.

If you join our email list, we will send you updates about Cliply. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.

We keep your information for as long as we need it to run our business, meet legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies.

We use reasonable safeguards, and our store runs on Shopify's secure platform. No method of sending or storing data online is 100 percent secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, such as California and several other states, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising. To make a request, contact us through our contact page and tell us what you would like. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we will never treat you differently for using your rights.

Our store is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
